Returns/Exchanges
Item unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning.
The item must be unworn and in its originalIf you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you are required to return the item, or items, to us within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. On receipt, a refund will be issued to the card used in the original transaction. We regret that original postage and packaging cannot be refunded. However, if we have made a mistake with an item sent to you or it is faulty, damaged, of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that  condition with tags and original packaging. All garments must be free of fragrance and cosmetic or other marks.
As a matter of hygiene refunds and exchanges are not available on underwear or any other intimate items unless they are deemed faulty.
Exchange of products will take 2 working days to process from receipt of the item. Once the exchange has been processed it will be shipped using a 'Next Day' delivery service and you will receive an e-mail notifying you of the same. Please note, if you were charged postage on your original purchase and you require an exchange, you will incur further postal charges.
Please allow 2 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund. You will be notified by e-mail once the refund has been issued.
Once you have received our confirmation email, please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. This is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. (N.B Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase. If for any reason this is not possible, (i.e. the card has expired) we will send a cheque to your billing address within 2 Working Days).

BRONXCLOTHING retain the right (in certain circumstances) to return faulty items to the manufacturer for inspection before a refund or exchange is offered.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected by this policy.

You can return your goods for an exchange or refund in the following ways:

Please note that at present we do not accept returns or exchanges from bronxclothing.co.uk in BRONX stores which has a different returns policy, please see instore for details.

Returning by post

Please complete the returns form provided and indicate whether an exchange or refund is required.

Repackage your unwanted goods securely including your returns form.

Attach the returns label provided to your parcel or alternatively return the order to:

Bronx (online), Westgate House, Westgate, Huddesrfield, HD1 1NN 

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, for this reason we strongly recommend you ask the Post Office for a proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference.

Without this we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items.
